Refund policy

Full refunds will be offered within 30 days of purchase.  Tags must be attached and items but be in same condition as originally sold. Payment will be returned to same payment method as used at time of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer.  Exchanges will be accepted after 30 days on a case by case basis.  Please email us at info@franklybymich.com for an exchange request.
